All cancellations must be done 48hrs in advance to avoid fees. Cancellations made less than 48hrs before appointment will be charged 75% of the service booked. NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be charged in full for the service booked and will NOT be allowed to rebook with me until the fee is paid. Multiple no shows will not be allowed to rebook. In the rare occasion that you are unhappy with your hair or you feel like something needs to be fixed please let me know within 48hrs of your appointment and I’ll gladly fix it for you! Running late happens but please just communicate with me to avoid late fees! I allow a 15 min grace period, anything after 15 mins will be automatically canceled and charged the cancellation fee.
